ANDREW PATTERSON ADDS A COMMERCIAL AND LARGE DEVELOPMENT SERVICE TO THE KZN CONSTRUCTION JV PORTFOLIO

 

Both Sarah and John are delighted to team up with Andrew Patterson in 2019 to add a new dimension to the KZN Construction JV group.  John has known Andrew for many years and together they have been involved with a large number of charities and sustainable development causes – all of which are close to their hearts and they are happy to help!   
 

Andrew has had a long and extensive “career” in building although he would say it is not a career but rather a passion!  Either way it has kept him extremely busy!  From his first aptitude test when he was just 16 which pointed him towards the building industry, to his studies where he did BSC Building Science, to work experience on large projects, to starting his own development and construction business - his extensive CV just shows the amount of experience Andrew has in this field. The sheer volume of building that Andrew has undertaken over the years is remarkable and impressive.

His depth of knowledge of the construction industry from any angle is impressive and Andrew’s competence is obvious in all that he does.

Project Managed and built 154 Luxury homes in Dainfern, Cedar Lakes, Fourways Gardens in the elite areas of the northern suburbs of Guateng.   Carried out shopping centre upgrades to Dainfern Valley Shops, and constructed various industrial parks in the Kya Sands Area.

 

Developed in the Northern Suburbs, 34 Luxury units.  Self funded sold.  Project value R126 million.   

25 Speculative houses funded and developed.   Value R163 million.

Industrial Park for clients.  Value 26m.  

 

Worked extensively for Mattison and Rickroy Trust.
